Established in 2001, Vaishnavi Engineering Industries (VEI) has grown from a small sheet-metal workshop into one of Hyderabad’s leading precision engineering and laser-fabrication companies. Our journey began with manufacturing press components, automobile sheet parts, clutch hubs, drawn components, and industrial dies for local industries. Built on the foundations of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement, VEI evolved from mechanical presses and tool-and-die setups into a modern laser-technology hub trusted by industrial, automotive, defence, aerospace, refrigeration, and renewable-energy clients across India.

In our early years, production relied on mechanical and hydraulic presses, manual forming, and conventional machining. Through consistent reinvestment and technological upgrades, we expanded into CNC press-brake bending, high-power fibre-laser cutting, CO₂ and laser welding, spot welding, CNC engraving, and precision sheet-metal fabrication. Today, VEI operates an advanced manufacturing floor equipped with a 12 kW Hans Fiber Laser (6000 × 2500 mm bed) and a Hindustan Hydraulics 260-tonne CNC Press Brake offering 4.3-meter bending capacity, enabling us to produce complex, high-accuracy components with repeatable quality for prototypes, batch production, and high-volume industrial orders.

Our capabilities include fibre-laser cutting, long-span CNC bending, laser & CO₂ welding, spot welding, powder coating, and custom finishing for MS, SS, GI, aluminium, copper, and brass. We manufacture bus-body spare parts, chassis brackets, oil-tank and fuel-tank components, heavy-duty mounting frames, side members, stiffeners, and structural supports for commercial-vehicle platforms. We produce refrigeration mounting frames, cooling-unit brackets, chiller housings, and structural supports for industrial refrigeration manufacturers. For electrical and electronics sectors, we fabricate enclosures, control-panel parts, rack components, precision laser-cut profiles, and CNC-bent assemblies. In the renewable-energy segment, we supply solar-panel frames, inverter brackets, battery-cabinet parts, and structural metal supports. We also manufacture GI manhole covers in light, medium, and heavy-duty grades for infrastructure requirements.

Over the past two decades, VEI has supplied components to recognised organisations such as MG Group, Mungi Group, and Deccan Auto in the bus-body and automotive segment; commercial-vehicle platforms associated with Ashok Leyland; and high-precision defence-aerospace and missile-engineering companies including MTAR and Aditya Precitech. We produce refrigeration mounting structures for industrial refrigeration companies including Rockwell Industries and continue to support electronics, solar-equipment, and infrastructure manufacturers across Telangana and India.

Beyond industrial manufacturing, VEI has expanded into the consumer hardware and home-utility segment through its dedicated e-commerce division. We design and manufacture durable, laser-cut metal products sold through Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, including Marvel-themed key-chain holders, heavy-duty AC outdoor-unit wall-mount brackets, set-top box stands, Wi-Fi router stands, utility wall mounts, décor pieces, and small home-organising hardware. These products are made using the same machining precision, material strength, and finishing quality as our industrial components, giving customers long-lasting reliability backed by professional manufacturing standards. Our competence in packaging, nationwide logistics, catalogue optimisation, and ad-performance management further enhances our trusted presence in India’s online retail ecosystem.

Complementing industrial and retail production, VEI also offers premium décor under the “Divine Glow / Mettle & Light” series—laser-cut metal silhouettes of deities, architectural designs, and contemporary motifs favoured by architects, interior designers, and homeowners. These décor lines showcase our ability to merge engineering precision with fine aesthetic workmanship.
